An incident occurred in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, where a man in his 50s stabbed a convenience store employee and fled the scene.
According to the Siheung Police Station, at around 9:34 a.m. on May 19, a woman in her 60s, identified as A, who was working at the convenience store, was stabbed by a man in his 50s of Chinese nationality, identified as B.
B fled immediately after committing the crime.
A sustained serious injuries to her abdomen and face and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The police believe that B was a regular customer at the convenience store where A worked.
