Muan Police Sign Agreement to Prevent Child Disappearances and Abuse
Collaboration for "Child Safety"
with the Daycare Center Association
The Muan Police Station in South Jeolla Province (Chief Jung Sungil) announced on the 16th that it had signed a business agreement with the Muan County Daycare Center Association (President Kim Jinhee) on the 15th to cooperate in preventing child disappearances and abuse.

View original imageThrough this agreement, the parties will engage in practical crime prevention activities, including expanding preventive measures such as pre-registration of children's fingerprints, sharing and responding to suspected cases of child abuse, and increasing preventive education for daycare center teachers.
Chief Jung Sungil stated, "This agreement marks the starting point for realizing the community's shared responsibility for child safety," and added, "We will continue to do our utmost to create a safe Muan free from child disappearances and abuse through ongoing cooperation with daycare centers and other partners."
Meanwhile, the Muan Police are conducting various activities to protect children, such as hosting pre-registration events for children's fingerprints.
