Nazarene University Holds On-Campus Recruitment Briefing Sessions
In Collaboration with Army Personnel Command and Others
Nazarene University announced on May 15 that it has held the "On-Campus Company Recruitment Briefing" five times since last month, providing a venue for direct communication between young job seekers and companies.
Unlike the traditional lecture format, the briefing sessions were conducted as practical programs in which recruiters visited the school in person to introduce their organizations and job roles.
On May 14, a recruitment briefing session was held by the Army Personnel Command, which was attended by about 50 students. Other sessions were also organized by the National Health Insurance Service, Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and CAL for overseas employment.
Kim Gwanggi, head of the University Job Plus Center, said, "We have moved away from the previous method of relying on recruitment platforms or portals, and instead created opportunities for companies and job seekers to meet and communicate directly on site." He added, "We will continue to provide customized programs suitable for MZ generation job seekers."
