Woori Bank announced on May 15 that it has launched a high-interest installment savings product called "Woori WON Mobile Installment Savings," which is linked to its recently introduced budget phone service "Woori WON Mobile."
"Woori WON Mobile Installment Savings" is a 12-month maturity, free installment savings product that allows one account per person, with a maximum monthly deposit of 200,000 won. The base interest rate is 3.0% per annum, and customers can receive up to an additional 4.0 percentage points in preferential interest if they use the Woori WON Mobile plan and set up automatic payment of their phone bill from a Woori Bank account, for a maximum annual interest rate of 7.0%.
To commemorate the launch of the new product, a variety of prize events are being held. Customers who use Woori WON Mobile and sign up for the installment savings product will be entered into a drawing to win prizes such as a Dyson Airwrap Styler (5 winners) and a Shinsegae gift certificate worth 100,000 won (5 winners). Additionally, the first 5,000 customers to complete the event application will receive a Starbucks Americano gifticon.

Meanwhile, "Woori WON Mobile," which was launched on April 18, is being sold exclusively through non-face-to-face channels. The service has shown rapid growth, surpassing 10,000 subscribers within just three weeks of its launch.
