Busan City Sajik Comprehensive Social Welfare Center Operated by Silla University Selected as Outstanding Institution for 9 Consecutive Times in Ministry of Health and Welfare Evaluation
Busan City Sajik Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, operated by Silla University (President Heo Namsik), was selected as an outstanding institution after receiving an A grade in all categories in the "2024 National Social Welfare Center Evaluation."
Since 2000, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has conducted evaluations of social welfare centers nationwide every three years. The evaluation covers five areas: facilities and environment, finance and organizational management, programs and services, user management, and overall facility operation. Grades range from A to F.
This year's evaluation was conducted for 287 social welfare centers nationwide, and Busan City Sajik Comprehensive Social Welfare Center received an A grade in all categories. Following its achievement in 2022, the center has now received an A grade in all categories for two consecutive years and has been selected as an outstanding institution for nine consecutive times.
Busan City Sajik Comprehensive Social Welfare Center was highly rated for its efforts to strengthen staff competency and service expertise, its active fundraising and external resource development, and its implementation of various welfare services tailored to regional characteristics.
