Yulgok Training Institute of Gyeonggi Office of Education to Conduct Integrated Training for 750 Staff Members
The Yulgok Training Institute of the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is conducting integrated training programs for its staff.
The Yulgok Training Institute announced on May 14 that, from May to November, it will offer convergence and fusion training programs for 750 staff members at the Anyang Education Center. These programs are designed to support communication and emotional recovery among staff, as well as to promote integration across different job categories and improve organizational culture.
This training is divided into three programs for local government officials, educational officials, and educational support staff: the "Opening Hearts Communication and Empathy Program," the "Staff Culture and Arts Walk Program," and the "Ecological School Space Creation Program for Future Education."
The "Opening Hearts Communication and Empathy Program" will be held over six sessions from May to October, targeting 300 staff members. The "Staff Culture and Arts Walk Program" will be held over three sessions from May to September, focusing on art, music, and storytelling, and will include 150 staff members.
In addition, the "Ecological School Space Creation Program for Future Education" will be conducted over six sessions from June to November, targeting 300 staff members.
