Siheung City Encourages Giving Through Donation Kiosks
'Donation Kiosk' Installed in City Hall Lobby
Donations Up to 300,000 Won Available by Credit Card
On May 9, the city of Siheung in Gyeonggi Province announced that it had installed a 'Donation Kiosk' in front of the Civil Affairs and Passport Division at City Hall to make it easier for citizens to participate in donations in their daily lives.
The kiosk was installed by the 'Siheung 1% Welfare Foundation' to allow citizens to participate in donations more conveniently as part of their everyday routines.
Visitors to City Hall can make donations easily and freely by simply touching the kiosk. Both designated and non-designated donations are available. The maximum amount per donation is 300,000 won. The kiosk is mobile and will be operated not only at City Hall but also at various event venues.
