Strengthening Teaching and Student Guidance Skills of Less-Experienced Temporary Teachers
Supporting Adaptation to the Educational Field
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Training Institute (Director Kim Miran) will conduct the "First Training Program for Secondary Temporary Teachers" from May 7 to May 13 at the Training Institute and other locations, targeting 80 secondary temporary teachers.
This training program has been organized to strengthen the teaching and student guidance capabilities of less-experienced temporary teachers and to help them quickly adapt to the educational field.
The training focuses on practical content that temporary teachers can immediately apply in schools, including student-centered teaching and assessment, school violence prevention and student guidance, SW·AI-based teaching techniques, and classroom management. In addition to in-person sessions, real-time video training will also be provided to enhance accessibility and minimize the teachers' workload.
