He particularly emphasized, "I believe that state affairs should be managed through a system. I will do my best to ensure stable governance," and added, "I will communicate sufficiently with the National Assembly and discuss thoroughly with Cabinet members to ensure stable management of state affairs."
When asked by reporters about the potential impact of his acting role on the normalization of medical school education, he responded, "I believe medical students must return to their studies. We will ensure thorough academic management, and I will do my utmost to resolve the various difficult issues, including those related to medical schools, even within this short period."
