Gongju City to Provide "Lifelong Education Voucher" for Low-Income Residents... Up to 350,000 Won Per Year

On April 29, Gongju City in South Chungcheong Province announced that it will implement the "2025 Lifelong Education Voucher" program for low-income individuals and those who are marginalized in education.
The Lifelong Education Voucher provides up to 350,000 won per person annually for tuition and textbook fees, which are supported as NH Nonghyup Card points. The first application period runs from April 24 to May 14, and the second application period is from June 2 to June 20.
The city also operates a separate voucher program for people with disabilities. Applications can be submitted through the Bokji-geum 24 website or by visiting the Lifelong Learning Division at City Hall.
Mayor Choi Woncheol stated, "We will actively support expanding opportunities for marginalized groups to participate, so that Gongju can establish itself as a lifelong learning city."
