President Lee Haewoo joined the campaign after being nominated by President Lee Sangcheon of Tongmyong University, and recommended President Jang Jeguk of Dongseo University as the next participant.
President Lee stated, "Population issues are a critical challenge that affect every aspect of society. Since they are directly linked to the risk of regional extinction, everyone should pay attention and reflect on them," adding, "As a leading private university in the region, Donga University will do its utmost to foster glocal talents who will lead the future, with a strong sense of responsibility."
