[Law Firm News] YK Law Firm Appoints Former Presiding Judge Chunki Park as Chief Attorney
YK Law Firm has appointed Chunki Park, former presiding judge (age 59, 23rd class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute), as its chief attorney.
On April 28, YK announced that Chief Attorney Park, who previously served as a judge in Changwon, Busan, and Ulsan, will provide region-specific legal services such as criminal cases and corporate legal affairs at the YK Ulsan branch office.
Chief Attorney Park graduated from Hakseong High School in Ulsan and the Department of Law at Yeungnam University. He passed the 33rd National Bar Examination in 1994 and completed the 23rd class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Beginning his career as an attorney in Ulsan, he was appointed as a judge in 2001 and served at Changwon District Court, Busan District Court, and Busan High Court. He later held the position of presiding judge at Ulsan District Court in 2010 and at Busan District Court in 2012.

After retiring in 2014, Chief Attorney Park returned to Ulsan as an attorney, where he handled a variety of cases, mainly in the fields of criminal and corporate law, achieving successful outcomes.
