KB Kookmin Bank Expands Application Channels for Non-face-to-face Financial Accident Responsibility Sharing System
KB Kookmin Bank announced on April 25 that it has expanded the application channels for the 'Non-face-to-face Financial Accident Responsibility Sharing System' to include internet banking.
This system is designed to reasonably determine the responsibility between the bank and the customer in cases of financial fraud occurring during non-face-to-face transactions, and to support compensation for customer losses.
Previously, applications could only be submitted at bank branches, but with this channel expansion, customers can now apply through internet banking as well. Applications can be made using the KB Kookmin Certificate, Financial Certificate, or Joint Certificate. After applying, customers can check the status of their application in real time via internet banking.
