A man in his 60s who threatened pedestrians with a utility knife on the street has been apprehended by the police.
The Jongno Police Station in Seoul announced on April 24 that they had detained and are currently investigating a man in his 60s, identified as Mr. A, for threatening pedestrians with a utility knife on the street.
According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of threatening pedestrians by brandishing a utility knife near Exit 1 of Jongno 3-ga Station in Jongno-gu at around 3:45 p.m. the previous day. He is being investigated on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon in a public place.
