Han Ducksoo, Acting President and Prime Minister, will deliver a policy speech on the supplementary budget bill at the National Assembly plenary session on the morning of April 24.
According to the government on April 23, Prime Minister Han is expected to call for the cooperation of the National Assembly during his policy speech on the supplementary budget bill at the plenary session. This marks the first time in 46 years that an acting president has delivered a policy speech on a budget bill submitted to the National Assembly, the last instance being in November 1979 by then-Acting President Choi Kyuha.
