Approximately 100 Gokseong County public officials attended the training. Jung Seungho, CEO of Thethe Education Co., Ltd., was invited as the lecturer and delivered an enthusiastic presentation. Jung Seungho covered a variety of practical topics that could be immediately applied to daily work, including case analyses of active administration and government innovation in various fields, key concepts of active administration, as well as obstacles to active administration and countermeasures from a psychological perspective. In particular, the use of engaging examples and psychological approaches received a strong response from the employees.
Governor Cho Sangrae emphasized, "Active administration and innovation are core values that enhance the quality of life for our residents," and urged, "I hope this training will serve as an opportunity for everyone to practice resident-centered administration with creativity and a proactive attitude."
