Registering Physical Characteristics
Muan Police Station in South Jeolla Province (Chief: Jung Sungil) announced on April 22 that it visited a daycare center in Namak to conduct fingerprint pre-registration for children.
The purpose of fingerprint and other pre-registration is to enable the swift identification and early recovery of missing children by registering their fingerprints, photographs, and physical characteristics with the consent of their guardians, so that in the event of a disappearance, their identity can be quickly confirmed.
