On April 21, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will be recruiting social economy organizations and social welfare institutions within the province to participate in the "ESG Management Support Project" until May 16.
Gyeonggi Province has introduced this project to help organizations that are not yet fully prepared establish a solid foundation, as the importance of ESG management continues to grow.
This is the first time that Gyeonggi Province is offering an ESG management support project specifically targeting social economy organizations and social welfare institutions.

First, the province will conduct an initial ESG management assessment for each selected organization using a checklist that reflects the unique characteristics of each organization. Subsequently, it will support goal-setting and implementation through practical ESG training and professional consulting, and will also provide a report summarizing the assessment results.
In addition, through the "ESG Matching Day" event, the province will offer opportunities for collaborative networking with large and mid-sized companies and public institutions. During Matching Day, large and mid-sized companies will provide feedback on the participating organizations' projects, and presentations will be held to share outstanding ESG case studies.
