KOTRA Supports Eight Korean Companies at AI Assembly
Nota and Dubai Roads and Transport Authority Sign AI Solution Supply Contract
KOTRA is officially supporting the participation of eight promising Korean companies in the largest public-led event in the Middle East for sharing global artificial intelligence (AI) industry trends and policies.
KOTRA announced that it will support eight promising Korean AI companies to participate in the 'AI Assembly,' which will be held at the Museum of the Future in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) from April 21 to 22. The AI Assembly is the flagship program of 'Dubai AI Week,' organized by the Dubai Future Foundation under the royal family, and is the largest public-led AI event in the Middle East, attracting major companies and institutions from around the world.

Dubai has recently positioned the AI industry as a core driver of national growth and is promoting government-led AI transformation in various fields, including digital administration, smart mobility, and automation in healthcare and education.
The AI Assembly will feature an AI policy conference, technology exhibitions, contract signing ceremonies, and networking sessions. Over two days, Korean companies will introduce their technologies on site and seek practical collaboration opportunities with relevant organizations and companies in the Middle East. Thanks to KOTRA's support, 'Nota' has already achieved results at this event. Nota first made contact with the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority at the 'Intelligent Transport System World Congress' in September last year, and held follow-up meetings at the '2025 Middle East ICT Roadshow' hosted by KOTRA in February this year. As a result, Nota secured a supply contract for its on-device generative AI solution, and the details of the contract between Nota and the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority will be officially announced at this AI Assembly.
In addition, Naver Cloud and Rebellions will give presentations at the conference on AI strategy, showcasing the competitiveness of Korean AI technology on the global stage.
KOTRA is expanding the presence of Korean technology in the Middle Eastern AI market based on a three-stage strategy: early identification and invitation of promising companies, B2B matching with local organizations, and support for contract signing. In particular, KOTRA is also working to secure mid- to long-term entry into supply chains by strengthening cooperation with public sector clients such as the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority and the Dubai Police, which are actively adopting AI.
