Shin Yong Bo Jeung Gi Geum, Highest Grade in Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Evaluation
Selected as an 'Excellent' Institution for Four Consecutive Years
On the 16th, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund announced that it was selected as an excellent institution in the '2024 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey' announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, achieving the highest grade for four consecutive years.
This survey was conducted on 182 public institutions. The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund received a score of 92.3, higher than the average score of all public institutions (87.9). This is the highest score the Fund has received since the survey began in 2019.
The Fund collects opinions from stakeholders through various participatory communication channels such as the Customer Advisory Group, Online Customer Panel, Youth Board, and Public Proposals, and based on this, it implements service innovation and regulatory improvements.
