Pyeongtaek City Supports 'Social Enterprise Startup Promotion' for 3 Companies
Ha-eun Electric Corporation, The Malgeum Corporation, and Hong Mina Rehabilitation Activity Research Institute Selected
Up to 30 Million KRW Support Per Company
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 15th that it has selected three candidates for the 'Pyeongtaek-type (Preliminary) Social Enterprise Startup Support Project': Ha-eun Electric Corporation, The Malgeum Corporation, and Hong Mina Rehabilitation Activity Research Institute.

View original imageThis project aims to establish a stable growth and self-reliance foundation for social enterprises. Selected companies will receive up to 30 million KRW in facility and business development expenses, which are directly necessary for increasing sales, provided in two installments.
The companies selected this time must be recognized as (preliminary) social enterprises by 2026 by pursuing social objectives such as providing social services or jobs to vulnerable groups to improve the quality of life of local residents, while conducting business activities such as the production and sale of goods and services.
