Incheon City Recruiting Companies for 'Cheongnyeon Doyak Base'... 3-Month Internship Support
Incheon City is recruiting companies to participate in the '2025 Incheon Youth Leap Base Project' until June 20.
This project is a program that provides practical job training and internship opportunities to young people preparing for employment, and supports connections with excellent and promising local companies to lead to regular employment.
Participating youth will receive three months of job training and three months of internship opportunities, and companies that hire interns will receive a monthly labor cost support of 2.43 million KRW per youth, totaling 7.29 million KRW.
The recruitment target is companies located in Incheon with 20 or more regular employees. Companies in future growth core industries such as bio, beauty, robotics, semiconductors, and aviation, as well as excellent certified companies and youth innovation small and medium enterprises, can apply with 10 or more regular employees.
Once participating companies are confirmed, the city plans to hold a 'Matching Day' event in July where young job seekers who have completed job training can meet companies directly, and operate a three-month company internship program starting in August.
Last year, a total of 63 companies participated in this project. Among them, 35 companies including Paradise Segasami, Rinnai Korea, Kyungshin, and Yeonwoo achieved results by linking internships with 80 young people.
