The launching ceremony included team introductions, an explanation of the operation plan, presentation of best practices, and a commemorative photo session. Afterwards, a meeting was held to establish team activity plans and share opinions.
A city official stated, "The Innovation Junior Board is a valuable platform that can infuse the creative thinking and challenging spirit of young public officials throughout municipal administration," adding, "Through the participation of the younger generation, we will foster a flexible and vibrant organizational culture."
