Chungnam Agricultural Research and Extension Services Holds Regular HACCP Training...Enhancing Product Competitiveness
The Chungnam Agricultural Research and Extension Services announced on the 11th that it will conduct regular education on the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards at the Healing Agriculture Center on the 14th and 15th.
This education is a legally mandated requirement that must be completed after obtaining HACCP certification. For processing farms, four hours of education must be taken once a year to maintain certification.
The Agricultural Research and Extension Services plans to provide education to about 50 participants, including small-scale agricultural processing farm owners and processing center managers in the province, focusing on topics such as analysis of regular inspection and evaluation results and post-management guidelines.
Instructor Lee Junghui said, "We will ensure that this education becomes an opportunity to raise the level of hygiene management and enhance product competitiveness for processing farms."
