The program is designed to help participants learn the correct walking posture and practice it in daily life through warm-up exercises, lower body strength training, and education and practice sessions led by professional instructors.
An online non-face-to-face program is also conducted simultaneously. It offers programs to motivate walking practice, such as mission challenges using social networking services (SNS), providing health information, and encouraging practice through self-help groups. The health center also plans to provide a 'Correct Walking' QR code on park guide signs when creating new barefoot paths or improving facilities.
