Jung-gu Daegu to Provide Annual Rent Support of 2 Million Won to 100 Young Entrepreneurs
Jung-gu, Daegu (District Mayor Ryu Kyuha) announced on the 10th that it will implement the "2025 Young Entrepreneurs' Rent Support Program" to alleviate the management burden of young business owners and create a stable business environment.
Eligible applicants are young entrepreneurs aged between 19 and 39 whose resident registration address and business location are both in Jung-gu as of the announcement date. About 100 individuals will be selected. Selected recipients will receive rent support of up to 400,000 KRW per month for five months (up to a total of 2,000,000 KRW).
The application period is from the 14th to the 30th. Applicants should refer to the announcement on the Jung-gu District Office website and submit their application in person to the Future Generation Team of the Innovation Business Promotion Division or via email.
Ryu Kyuha, Mayor of Jung-gu, Daegu, stated, "We will spare no practical support to help young entrepreneurs, who are struggling due to the economic downturn, operate their businesses stably," and added, "We will continue to promote youth-friendly policies to contribute to the revitalization of the local economy."
