Samsung Display Reaches 4th Consecutive Year of Dispute-Free Wage and Collective Bargaining Agreement with Average Wage Increase of 5.1%
Samsung Display announced on the morning of the 10th that it held the 2025 wage collective bargaining agreement signing ceremony at Samsung Display Research (SDR) in the Giheung Campus, Gyeonggi-do.
This year's average wage increase rate was decided at 5.1% (base increase rate 3%, performance increase rate 2.1%).
The labor and management began negotiations in January and reached a tentative agreement on the wage collective bargaining agreement on the 27th of last month after more than 10 rounds of talks.
Accordingly, Samsung Display has concluded wage agreements without disputes for four consecutive years since 2022.

Han Junho, head of the People Team at Samsung Display, stated, "Based on trust between labor and management and continuous communication, we were able to conclude the wage collective bargaining agreement for four consecutive years without disputes," adding, "A mutually developmental labor-management culture will be the driving force to overcome difficult management environments and enhance the company's competitiveness."
