The Jeollanam-do Investment Promotion Council is a consultative body that deliberates and coordinates major investment attraction policies and subsidy support matters. During the meeting, participants focused on discussing the 2025 1st Provincial Subsidy Payment Plan for Investment Companies and improvement measures for the subsidy system.
In particular, attendees emphasized the need for a differentiated, customized support system that considers the characteristics of each industry and company size, in order to enhance investment incentives for companies and leverage Jeollanam-do's unique strengths.
Seo Eunsu, Director of Job and Investment Promotion at Jeollanam-do, stated, "Through this council, we hope that the provincial subsidy system will be further improved to become more effective, thereby increasing Jeollanam-do's investment appeal."
Jeollanam-do operates various subsidy and incentive programs for companies investing in the region, aiming to strengthen the competitiveness of local industries and create quality jobs.
