S-Oil Donates 150 Million KRW to Social Enterprises
As Part of Strengthening ESG Management
S-OIL is stepping up financial support for social enterprises in the energy and environmental sectors as part of its efforts to strengthen Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management.
On the 8th, S-OIL held a donation ceremony for the social enterprise contest support project at its headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and donated a total of 150 million KRW. The donation will be used as commercialization funds and popup store support for five social enterprises in the energy and environmental sectors selected through the Yeolmae Nanum Foundation. The companies selected in this contest include 'Ounyu', which produces upcycling products using waste yarn or leather, 'Sejin Plus', which produces resource-circulating fiber panels using old clothes and banners, as well as ▲Weplant ▲SBTNTec ▲Firecrew, totaling five companies.
