IBK Securities Invests in Stake of Disability Standard Workplace 'Olmo'

IBK Investment & Securities has decided to participate in supporting the operation of standard workplaces for the disabled to create jobs and support creative activities for people with disabilities in celebration of April, the Month of Employment Creation for the Disabled.
On the 3rd, IBK Investment & Securities announced that it has invested in shares and will support monthly operating expenses for the cultural and artistic standard workplaces for the disabled, 'OLMO' and 'OLMO Bucheon.'

With this equity investment, IBK Investment & Securities has prepared cultural and artistic events to support the social advancement and continuous creative activities of disabled artists and to improve the awareness of its executives and employees.
At the 'Exhibition of Artworks by Disabled Artists & Storytelling Concert,' held at the Yeouido headquarters from the 31st of last month until this day, original works by disabled artists such as Namgung Munju and Hyo-seok, who overcame disabilities and conveyed hope through numerous artistic activities, were exhibited.
On the last day, the 'Storytelling Concert' was hosted by Choi Gukhwa, a former KBS announcer known as the 'Anchor in a Wheelchair,' who is active in various fields. The concert added emotion by presenting performances by disabled artists such as cellist Bae Beomjun and fingerstyle guitarist Kim Jihee in a storytelling format.
