Doosan Co., Ltd. appoints Yoo Seung-woo as co-CEO... shifts to a three-CEO structure
Doosan Corporation announced on the 31st that it has appointed President Yoo Seung-woo, Head of Business Division (Chief Business Officer·CBO), as a co-CEO.
Doosan will be operated under a three-person co-CEO system, including President Yoo, Doosan Group Chairman and Board Chairman Park Jung-won, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) President Kim Min-chul.
Newly appointed CEO Yoo holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Chemistry from Hanyang University and an MBA from the University of Rochester in the United States. He joined Doosan's holding division in 2000.

He has served in roles such as Electronics BG (Business Group) strategy, domestic and overseas business, and BG head, and was appointed CBO overseeing Doosan's business earlier this year. He is expected to lead Doosan as well as Doosan Mobility Innovation and Doosan Logistics Solution.
