During the consultation, a 65-year-old return-to-farming resident, Mr. A, from Jangsu-myeon, inquired about various matters including building permits, farmland conversion, and support projects for return-to-farming. The on-site consultation team provided detailed answers by field, receiving a positive response from the attendees.
The city plans to continue operating mobile consultation teams as needed for citizens who have difficulty visiting permit departments, and will actively strengthen its citizen-centered complaint resolution system.
Additionally, Yeongju City will continue to promote on-site administration that citizens can truly experience through various convenient services such as the 'Monday Night Consultation Service' and 'Advance Consultation Reservation Service.'
A city official stated, "Through the on-site permit consultation service, we will reduce inconveniences for citizens and realize more accessible administration."
