In-house Racing Competition Held to Foster Proactive Culture
On the 30th, Korea & Company Group announced that it held an in-house racing competition to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Korea Donggeurami Partners from the 11th to the 28th. Korea Donggeurami Partners is a subsidiary-type standard workplace for the disabled established in 2015 under the leadership of Chairman Jo Hyun-beom.

View original imageThe racing competition was conducted in a lap time race format using a driving simulator installed in the lobby on the first floor of the group's Pangyo headquarters Technoplex. Out of about 100 participants, the final 30 who passed the preliminary round competed in the finals, and an awards ceremony was held for the top 12 lap times.
This competition was planned based on the group's unique culture called 'Proactive Culture' to promote horizontal communication and the spread of a creative culture. The company explained that Proactive Culture is the foundation for group growth that leads to innovation and creativity so that employees can maximize their individual potential.
