View original imageHwasun Chonnam National University Hospital Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Cancer Survivors Integrated Support Center recently announced on the 26th that it had signed a business agreement with the Namdo Traditional Food Research Institute at the hospital's conference room to promote nutrition management and health improvement for cancer survivors in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions.
Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to cooperate on operating dietary practice programs for cancer survivors in Gwangju and Jeonnam, as well as supporting joint projects related to nutrition management.
Lee Eunkyung, Director of the Namdo Traditional Food Research Institute, said, "We will design practical programs with menus that cancer survivors can easily follow at home for a healthy diet," and added, "We will do our best to improve quality of life and promote health from the perspective of dietary therapy."
Choi Yuri, Director of the Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Cancer Survivors Integrated Support Center, stated, "Most cancer survivors are very interested in nutrition management and healthy diets after treatment," and continued, "Dietary habits are extremely important for sustainable health management. We will continue to cooperate on dietary programs and more."
