Card Loan and Cash Service Interest Rates Reduced by 30%
Lotte Card announced on the 24th that it will provide special financial support for customers affected by large-scale wildfires.
Until the 30th of next month, customers who submit a damage confirmation certificate issued by the local government of the affected area will have their credit card payments deferred for up to 6 months.
If the affected customer is currently overdue, debt collection will be suspended for 6 months from the time the damage is confirmed. Support for installment repayment and reduction of late fees will be provided.
From today until the 30th of next month, interest on long-term card loans (card loans) and short-term card loans (cash services) will be reduced by up to 30%.
During the same period, customers who apply for installment long-term card loans (card loans) will be supported to switch to a 3-month grace period product. During the grace period, only interest payments are required.
