On the 20th, Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it dispatched a delegation to the '2025 East Asia Cultural City Huzhou Opening Ceremony' held in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

The 'East Asia Cultural City' project is an international cooperation initiative launched in 2014 by South Korea, China, and Japan to promote mutual respect and understanding through cultural exchange. This year, Anseong City in Korea, Huzhou City and the Macau Special Administrative Region in China, and Kamakura City in Japan were selected as East Asia Cultural Cities and are conducting various cultural exchange events.
