The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business announced on the 20th that it is recruiting participants for the '2025 KBIZ Next-Generation CEO School Advanced Course,' targeting prospective CEOs and successors preparing for business succession.
Since its inception in 2008, the Next-Generation CEO School Advanced Course has been a specialized program designed for stable business succession, offering succession planning, strategy development and consulting, as well as networking opportunities through mutual exchanges among next-generation CEO trainees.
The curriculum includes analysis of management and economic trends, legal and tax strategy development, visits to outstanding succession companies, overseas training, and various other programs. To date, a total of 474 graduates from 20 cohorts have completed the course.

The course runs for 12 weeks from April 18 to July 11, held on Friday afternoons. The tuition fee is 1,000,000 KRW. Applications can be submitted through the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business or the Small and Medium Business Human Resources Development Institute websites.
