'Wavve' announced on the 20th that it has introduced 'Wavvy,' an AI contact center, becoming the first domestic online video streaming service (OTT) to do so. 'Wavvy' analyzes user questions in real time, provides prompt answers, and conducts consultations.
When customers who need assistance ask questions in natural language through the Wavve customer center, Wavvy analyzes the voice data and immediately provides the necessary information to the customer.
Wavve expects that the introduction of the AICC will significantly reduce consultation waiting times and increase user satisfaction.
For customers who are more familiar with text information, the existing one-on-one inquiry board and chat consultation channels will continue to be maintained.
