According to Donghaeng Lottery on the 19th, the total number of recruits is 1,600, and selection will be made in 229 cities, counties, and districts excluding some areas, considering market size such as population and sales volume by region. Additionally, 597 preliminary candidates will be selected by recruitment region units.
Eligibility requirements are for priority contract candidates or low-income groups who are Korean nationals aged 19 or older (born before March 19, 2006). Priority contract candidates include persons with disabilities, independence patriots and national merit recipients, basic livelihood security recipients, and heads of single-parent families, accounting for 90% of the total recruits. The remaining 10% of the quota is given to applicants who can submit supporting documents such as a certificate of low-income status according to Article 2, Clause 10 of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act.
Applications can be made through the 'Seller Recruitment Announcement' on the Donghaeng Lottery website. Applicants can select their eligibility and desired sales location to apply, and duplicate applications are not allowed. The application period is from 10 a.m. on the 25th until 6 p.m. on April 28.
