CJ CheilJedang Opens Public Recruitment for New Employees in First Half of the Year... "Securing Global Talent"
Three Categories Including New Employee Open Recruitment, Future Marketer League, and Global Talent Program
CJ CheilJedang announced on the 18th that it will conduct the '2025 First Half New Employee Open Recruitment.'
The recruitment will begin on the 19th and will be conducted in three categories: ▲New Employee Open Recruitment ▲Future Marketer League ▲Global Talent Program (Global Frontier Internship).
The New Employee Open Recruitment will hire for five job groups (R&D, Manufacturing Technology, Marketing, Sales, Management Support) across common divisions (company-wide), Food Business, and Bio Business divisions. The process consists of five stages: application submission, test screening, first interview, second interview, and final acceptance. Among these, the R&D and Management Support roles, which will lead future businesses, will have an additional professional PT interview for job competency evaluation.
The Future Marketer League targets product marketing roles in the Food Business division. Talented candidates who demonstrate outstanding performance will receive prize money and have the opportunity to join CJ CheilJedang as new employees. The process consists of five stages: proposal submission, feedback session, preliminary PT, final PT, and final acceptance.
The Global Talent Program is a recruitment conversion internship targeting Korean international students who have graduated or are expected to graduate from overseas universities, as well as foreign international students residing in Korea. Recruitment is conducted for company-wide and Food Business divisions, with the process proceeding in the following order: application submission, recorded interview screening, first interview, internship (2 weeks), second interview, and final acceptance.
Applications for the new employee open recruitment can be submitted through the CJ Group recruitment website or mobile site. The application deadline is April 3 for the New Employee Open Recruitment and Global Talent Program, and April 10 for the Future Marketer League. Recruitment briefing sessions will also be held. Online briefings for the New Employee Open Recruitment and Global Talent Program will be conducted on the 24th via the recruitment website. The Future Marketer League will hold an offline conference, 'Future Marketer Day,' at the CJ Talent Center located in Jung-gu, Seoul, in April, providing an opportunity to meet with senior marketers.
