View original imageOn the 13th, the Yangju Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced that they have booked and are investigating a woman in her 40s, identified as Ms. A, on charges of property damage and violation of the Stalking Punishment Act.
Ms. A is accused of spraying fish sauce and animal excrement and applying lacquer paint a total of six times from the 2nd to the 6th at the front door and hallway of the downstairs resident, Mr. B, in an apartment in Yangju City.
Mr. B is reported to have claimed that Ms. A’s retaliatory actions began after he complained about noise issues from the upstairs neighbor.
Ms. A reportedly denied all charges during the police investigation.
To protect the victim, the police applied to the court for a temporary restraining order, which was granted, prohibiting Ms. A from approaching within 5 meters of Mr. B.
