Guri City Supports Educational Expense Subsidies for Operating Guri Future Education Cooperation District
KRW 1.138 Billion in Educational Expense Subsidies

Guri City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 12th that it will support a budget of 1.138 billion KRW as educational expense subsidies for the operation of the Guri Future Education Cooperation Zone program starting in March.
The Guri Future Education Cooperation Zone is a project that has been providing programs for future education of students in the region every year since 2011. Guri City and the Guri-Namyangju Office of Education jointly connect schools and local communities to support school curricula.
This year, a total of 13 programs will be operated, including Guri Colorful Schools, Autonomy Capacity Enhancement, Our Village Vivid Experience, Student Survival Swimming Education, Kindergarten After-school Education Support, Art Hall-linked Cultural Experience, Guri Youth Theater Class, Guri Shared School, Math and Science Creative Class, Inchang Library-linked Class, Guri Youth Foundation-linked Class, Guri Career Exploration Program, and Student Career Clubs.
