View original imageHwasun Chonnam National University Hospital Jeonnam Smoking Cessation Support Center recently announced on the 11th that it has signed a business agreement with Jeonnam Western Workers' Health Center and Hyundai HIMS to foster a smoking cessation culture.
According to this agreement, a systematic program to promote smoking cessation and health improvement will be implemented for approximately 1,000 manufacturing workers at Hyundai HIMS, a specialized company producing shipbuilding equipment.
In addition, the organizations plan to cooperate in providing one-on-one customized health management services for smoking cessation, mobile counseling services to improve lifestyle habits and strengthen self-health management capabilities, smoking behavior assessments and smoking environment diagnostics, smoking cessation education, and health promotion campaigns.
Choi Yuri, Director of the Jeonnam Smoking Cessation Support Center, stated, "Relevant public organizations will actively support the improvement of the smoking cessation culture in workplaces by working together to promote the health of employees."
