Park Mo, known as 'Jonbeokim,' who was released on bail after being tried for embezzling investment funds through a scam coin, has been indicted again while in custody for another coin fraud.

View original imageThe Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office Joint Investigation Unit on Virtual Asset Crimes (Chief Prosecutor Park Geon-wook) announced on the 10th that Park and his accomplice Moon Mo were indicted on charges of fraud while in custody.
Park is accused of issuing and listing the scam coin Atoob Coin from March 2021 to April 2022, then embezzling about 260 billion KRW through false disclosures and market manipulation, and was arrested on the 20th of last month.

Previously, Park was arrested and indicted in August last year for issuing the scam coin Podocoin from February 2021 to April 2022, artificially inflating its price, and embezzling 80.9 billion KRW, but was released on bail on January 22.
