Obzen Supplies 'New Customer Information Integrated Platform' to IBK Industrial Bank... 31% Increase Compared to Last Year's Sales
Obzen, an artificial intelligence (AI) marketing solution company led by CEO Jeon Baemoon, announced on the 5th that it has signed a contract for the 'New Customer Information Integrated Platform Construction' project commissioned by IBK Industrial Bank of Korea.
This project is part of IBK Industrial Bank of Korea's digital transformation (DT) strategy to enhance data-driven customer management and real-time digital marketing environments. It is a large-scale next-generation project promoted for the first time in about 10 years, with a total contract amount of 5.3 billion KRW. This accounts for 31.38% of last year's sales, and the contract period extends until July 4, 2026.
The reason IBK Industrial Bank of Korea chose Obzen is explained as "recognition of support services and technological capabilities that have timely responded to the rapidly changing financial IT environment." Obzen's solution collects and analyzes various customer data generated in both face-to-face and non-face-to-face environments in real time, enabling immediate customized marketing for customers.
An IBK Industrial Bank of Korea official stated, "Through this project, by integrating and providing customer activity information in real time, we can discover new marketing opportunities and provide hyper-personalized marketing, which is expected to improve customer satisfaction and increase marketing performance."
An Obzen official said, "By leveraging our experience in building data and marketing hubs for the primary financial sector, we have solidified our position as a key partner in the digital transformation of the financial sector," adding, "In particular, we expect to demonstrate the stability and suitability of our solutions across the financial industry."
This project is also regarded as an important reference case for other companies aiming for digital transformation in the financial sector. Obzen's solution, which supports everything from behavioral log collection to hyper-personalized marketing, can serve as a solid reference for building personalized customer management systems based on critical information collected from customers' face-to-face and non-face-to-face activities.
Recently, Obzen has been expanding its business from its core CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution into the customer data platform domain. At the same time, it is proactively responding to market changes by applying AI technology to its solutions, leading the trend of digital marketing solutions in the AI era.
Previously, Obzen built a multi-LLM (Large Language Model) structure by utilizing various large language models such as OpenAI's ChatGPT and HyperCLOVA X from Naver Cloud, its second-largest shareholder. Last year, it consecutively signed large-scale projects worth 4.4 billion KRW with Samsung Monimo and 2.8 billion KRW with KB Securities.
