Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Opens 'Gyeonggi-do Technical School Employment Specialist' Training Course on the 4th
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation launched the 'Gyeonggi-do Technical School Employment Specialized Training Course' on the 4th to cultivate practical technical personnel. About 150 people, including new students, Lee Jin-hee, Head of the Convergence Talent Division at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, and department heads, attended the opening ceremony.
This year, Gyeonggi-do Technical School focuses on training customized technical personnel and operates a total of five courses: ▲ Robot Machinery & 3D Printing ▲ Electrical Equipment Control ▲ Smart Welding ▲ Graphic Design ▲ Eco-friendly Automobile Maintenance.
The training runs for nine months from March to December, combining theoretical education and hands-on field technical training for each course.
Additionally, the curriculum is reorganized annually to reflect technological trends, supporting trainees to adapt to the latest industrial changes and maximize practical capabilities.
Lee Jin-hee, Head of the Convergence Talent Division at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, said, "We welcome the trainees who passed the highly competitive training course," adding, "We will do our best to cultivate competitive technical personnel through practical, industry trend-reflective education that meets the rapidly changing industrial trends and field demands."

Meanwhile, as a result of operating the employment specialized training course last year, 106 specialized personnel were produced, and the overall employment rate recorded 96.2%. Among them, the employment rate in related fields was 68.6%, indicating a high effect of practical employment linkage.
