Lotte GRS's burger franchise brand Lotteria will launch a new dessert menu item, "Motnani Cheese Potato," on the 6th as part of the "2025 Circular Project."
The "2025 Circular Project" is an initiative for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management aimed at mutual growth and coexistence among companies, young farmers, and partners. Lotteria provides seed potatoes to young farmers and develops and sells new dessert menu items.
Lotteria developed "Motnani Cheese Potato" using domestically grown potatoes that are excellent in taste and quality but have an unattractive appearance. "Motnani Cheese Potato" is a reinterpretation of a famous Taiwanese dessert. It consists of fried mashed potato balls, cheddar cream cheese sauce, and corn kernels.
Additionally, "Motnani Cheese Potato" is served in a dedicated container with paper packaging made using soybean oil ink, adding an eco-friendly element.
