On the 4th, Dongjak-gu, Seoul announced the opening of a newly constructed road at the point where Heukseok 3 and 9 districts are adjacent.
This area had been blocked due to redevelopment and maintenance projects, causing significant inconvenience to nearby residents who had to take long detours even for short distances. In response, the district established a new road 300 meters long, 20 meters wide, and four lanes wide, connecting Eunro Elementary School and Heukseok Hangang Prugio, ahead of the completion approval of Heukseok 3 district.
