Korea GM announced on the 4th that Hector Villarreal visited domestic networks including dealerships and service centers on the 28th of last month to reaffirm the commitment to expanding domestic sales.

On the 28th of last month, President Villarreal visited the Chevrolet Sinchon dealership and had a discussion with car managers, who play a key role in product sales, about ways to improve sales.

Last year, Korea GM ranked first for six consecutive years in the automobile A/S sector in the '2024 Korea Industry Service Quality Index (KSQI)' customer contact survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC). To strengthen domestic customer service, Korea GM completed the Seoul Service Center, which provides product experience, purchase, and service all in one place, and has been operating it since July last year. At the same time, construction is underway for the new Dong Seoul Service Center and Wonju Service Center, which will be state-of-the-art service centers.
