Autonomous driving software startup RideFlux announced on the 4th that it is recruiting new autonomous driving engineers. They are hiring autonomous driving software engineers in a total of eight fields necessary for unmanned autonomous driving, including perception, prediction and planning, control, vehicle systems, high-definition map creation, and verification.
RideFlux is an engineer-centered tech startup. Among all engineers, the ratio of master's and doctoral degree holders reaches 60%, and the average annual turnover rate of engineers is around 1%. They provide a flexible working environment such as autonomous commuting and remote work, as well as industry-leading compensation. The company operates offices in Jeju headquarters and Dangsan, Seoul, allowing for Jeju-based work depending on the role.
Since launching a fully public autonomous driving service in May 2020, RideFlux has operated various autonomous driving public services with mobility companies such as Socar and Kakao Mobility, and is preparing to expand services to Seoul, Sejong, and Busan. Currently, they have obtained the qualification to test unmanned autonomous vehicles without a driver in the driver's seat on public roads and are conducting phased tests in Sangam, Seoul. In October last year, RideFlux raised 26 billion KRW in Series B funding, bringing the total accumulated investment to 55.2 billion KRW. They have currently selected Korea Investment & Securities as the lead underwriter and are preparing for a KOSDAQ listing in 2026.
